Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Soldiers, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Exchange & Return:
The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any damage. Trying on the product is acceptable, but it must be in its original condition. 
All products must be returned with original tags, receipts, and packaging intact.
Exchanges for size issues are allowed.
Each product is eligible for a single exchange only.
Products on clearance sale or custom-made orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
If the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer dissatisfaction, the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

How to Return or Exchange Your Product?
Return at Our Physical Store:
You can return or exchange your product at any of our display centers within 7 days of receiving it.
Return via Courier:
First, contact our customer service team.
After approval, send the product via courier at your own cost. Once we receive and inspect it, we will process the refund or exchange.

Receiving Incorrect Quantity or Product Mismatch:
If you receive the wrong product or an incorrect quantity, you must provide an unboxing video of the package for verification. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Lost Receipt or Damaged Barcode?
You can verify your purchase via your registered phone number if you lose your receipt.
Irreparable damage or bending of tags/barcodes will void the exchange offer.
Important Notes:
Returns that do not meet our conditions will not be accepted.
Return processing may take several days depending on the courier and shipping method. Keep your proof of shipment to avoid lost package issues.
Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue store credit or refunds.
